To register, please fill out the information below and submit payment, indicate you will pay by check, credit card, or request an invoice. If you prefer, you can download a PDF of our registration form on our website and return by mail or email. You are able to register all individuals from your organization on one form or separately. The deadline to register for INPAC 2022 is September 7, 2022.
Registrations canceled by September 1, 2022 will receive a full refund. Registrations canceled by September 12, 2022 will receive a 50% refund. Registrations canceled after September 12, 2022 are not eligible for a refund. Cancellations must be sent via email to email@example.com. Refunds will not be processed until after the conference and will be issued via check. Any credit card processing fees incurred will not be refunded.

Hotel rooms are available through the Renaissance Indianapolis North Hotel at a rate of $149/night plus tax and hotel fees. Conference attendees are responsible for arranging their own accommodations. To book a room through our block, please contact the hotel at 1-800-468-3571 or visit their website. In order to guarantee our conference rate, reservations must be made by September 7, 2022.
