Field Trip Permission Grades TK-8

Schools plan field trips to provide additional educational experiences for children. Generally speaking, these field trips are an extension of a classroom experience and have educational value relevant to the material being studied in the classroom. Written permission will be required prior to the student’s participation in field trips not associated with interscholastic activities.

This consent grants your child permission to attend ALL scheduled field trips for the 2023-2024 school year. The school will notify parents of each field trip prior to occurring.

You DO NOT need to complete this form for high school students.
