Pre-Register for TK or Kindergarten

If your student will be 5 years old on or before September 15th, 2025 and will be attending Transitional Kindergarten (TK) or Kindergarten during the 2025-26 school year, you must complete pre-registration by September 1, 2025.
 
If you haven't already, you will receive a registration packet in the mail if this form is completed prior to your child's on-site registration day in the spring.

Please note, TK is only available at Liberty Elementary, Nodland Elementary, Perry Creek Elementary, and Unity Elementary for the 2025-2026 school year. TK locations are available on a first come first serve basis beginning the 1st of each calendar year for the following school year.
