Application for Preschool Registration

Sioux City Schools has a limited number of preschool openings for 4-year-old children for the 2024-2025 school year. These preschool programs will be taught by an SCCSD Early Childhood Special Education teacher and supported by two para-educators. This will offer the opportunity for children with and without disabilities to learn and play together in an integrated setting.

 

Program Details

Who: Iowa resident who is 4 years old on or before September 15, 2024

Locations: Bryant Elementary, Clark Early Childhood Center, Leeds Elementary, Loess Hills Computer Programming Elementary, Morningside STEM Elementary, Riverside Elementary, Spalding Park Environmental Sciences Elementary, Unity Elementary, and Hunt A+ Arts Elementary.

When: Monday 8:35 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. and Tuesday – Friday 8:35 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Cost: $250.00 per month – tuition scholarships are available based on household income. Hot Lunch is $3.15 per day (subject to change)

Families will be notified by phone regarding their child’s acceptance and confirmed location. Placement will be based on the date and time of application.
