Application Form for Montreal's Christmas Village - 2020

We invite you to use this form and send us your request to participate in the 5th edition of the Montreal's Christmas Village, which will take place each weekend starting November 26th through December 20th, 2020, at the Atwater Market Place. The organizing committee will meet in the next two weeks to study all the applications and select the artisans for the 2020 edition. If the latter is selected, the Organizer will submit the rental price to the candidate, who can later confirm or not hise/her participation.
All the incomplete files recived will be automatically discarded.

The chalets are not equipped with heating, but we offer to provide it if desired. If required, the additional costs will appear on the final invoice which will be sent to each artisan at the time of the settlement of the balance. The exhibitor has the obligation to have an effective insurance policy during the rental period. He/she will be asked for it the day of taking possession of the chalet. *
*2020 NOVELTY* The exhibitor has the opportunity to confirm his/her participation immediately and definitively by paying the balance within 7 calendar days of the notification of acceptance and renouncing any refund in case of cancellation (see article 3 of the regulations). In this case, the exhibitor benefits from a 10% BONUS DISCOUNT, on the price excluding tax of the requested rental. *
