Consent to Use of Photographic Images
 
Submission of nominations for awards, registration and attendance at, or participation in, AACC meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution of the registrant or attendees’ image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities by AACC.

The CEO’s signature below represents approval of the college’s submission of the nomination packet on behalf of his/her institution, as well as approval of the consent for AACC to use the photos provided as a part of this application.
