All Belmont Stakes ticket purchases are subject to full refunds.
Customers who purchased tickets directly from the NYRA Box Office, or a NYRA Sales Representative, should complete the form below to request a refund or account credit. Those selecting account credits will receive a 10% bonus credit for future ticket purchases or can select from a menu of 2021 rewards, including NYRA Bets wagering credits or race day experiences. You will be contacted by a NYRA Sales Representative with additional details.
For card purchasers selecting refunds, your refund will be delivered to the same card that was used for the purchase. For cash, ACH and check purchasers, you will receive a refund check by mail within 30 days of your refund request.
Ticketmaster purchasers must log in to their Ticketmaster account to request a refund or credit. Those selecting account credits will receive a 10% bonus credit for future ticket purchases. After a 30-day credit window, all orders that have not selected the credit option or been refunded will be automatically refunded.
All other customers should contact or visit the respective website for information from their point of purchase provider on refund or credit options.
