8am-10am- Developmental Division- (Age 6-10) -Fundamental skill development with fun games/competitions.

10:30-12:30 pm- Prospect Division-(Age 9-14)-Advanced skills training with competitive challenges/live gameplay.

1-3pm- Elite Division- (14-19) Aspiring Collegiate Athletes Age 14-19.) Intense skill development, competitive challenges, live games, and minimal breaks. Each camper receives a season film review and one on one camp evaluation by Coach Holmes
