1) We understand that traveling within the United States we are required to have a valid government issued photo ID (i.e. driver's license). 
2)The United States Government requires a valid passport for re-entry into the United States regardless of the departure date from any other country.  Traveling to any country other than the United States of America regardless of age we are aware that we must possess a legal Passport, Visas and/or legal documents that may be required by that country. We understand that the passport must be valid for at least six months after our return date of travel.
Your passport should be in excellent condition without rips, folded corners or any damage or you may be denied boarding.
3) It is the responsibility of the traveler to verify what documentation is needed, and to have it in order. 
4) I understand I will be responsible for all cancellation penalties or loss of monies that may incur for our failure to produce the proper legal documentation.

Terms and Conditions-  It is our (the passenger/s) sole responsibility to have the proper legal documents for travel in our possession at all times during travel and in no way will we hold Journey to Paradise Travel & Tours or its agents liable for misplacement or destruction of our official documents for travel.  I will be responsible for all cancellation penalties or loss of monies that may incur for our failure to produce the proper legal documentation.

Journey to Paradise Travel & Tours acts as a travel agent. We arrange travel services and sell travel related products on behalf of suppliers such as airlines, tour and cruise operators, car hirers and accommodation providers. In doing so Journey to Paradise Travel & Tours gives no warranty nor makes any representation regarding the services to be supplied or the products purchased by you. Your booking will be subject to the terms and conditions applied by the provider of the service or products. You agree that if the travel services or products are not supplied in accordance with your booking your remedy lies with the service provider and not Journey to Paradise Travel & Tours. Jouney to Paradise Travel & Tours  shall not be responsible for any loss, accident, injury, delay, defect, omission or irregularity which may occur or be occasioned, whether by reason of any act, negligence or default of any company or person engaged in or responsible for carrying out any of the arrangements, or otherwise in connection therewith."  Journey to Paradise Travel & Tours has the right to to update the terms and conditions at any time.

The suppliers operating your trip (for whom we act as sales agents) may change, delay, or cancel the services they offer for your trip at their sole discretion and with little or no advance notice. Also, government officials in the destinations you visit may change entry requirements, health protocols, and other rules for inbound visitors (including health screenings and tests, vaccinations and mandatory quarantines) at their discretion and with little or no advance notice. You agree that we as sales agents have no control over these decisions and we cannot be held liable for them. You agree that Journey to Paradise Travel & Tours will not be held liable for any amount over thier fees or commissions. Further, you understand that it's your responsibility to comply with the government's rules in the destinations you're visiting that are in effect during your trip.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK: You acknowledge that use of our services, in traveling, and participation in activities is at your own risk. Travel to many parts of the world may involve the risk of a variety of hazards to health and/or safety, including but not limited to disease, crime, terrorism and warfare. Trip cancellation- Journey to Paradise Travel & Tours recommends the purchase of travel insurance to protect your travel investment.  If a planning fee or plan to go fee is not required for my trip, I understand that there may be a fee of $50.00 incured should I cancel my trip. This fee covers time planning, booking and cancelling all components on your behalf.

The Lead Traveler is reponsible for signing on behalf of all travelers on this document.

A violation can result in five years' imprisonment and penalties of $250,000 or more (49 U.S.C. 5124). Hazardous materials include explosives, compressed gases, flammable liquids and solids, oxidizers, poisons, corrosives and radioactive materials. Examples: Paints, lighter fluid, fireworks, tear gases, oxygen bottles, and radio-pharmaceuticals.
