I, the undersigned, do hereby understand the full provisions of the competitor’s license issued to me by the IHRA, and accept the responsibility of operating my vehicle in a safe, sportsmanlike manner, and in accordance with all rules and regulations issued by the IHRA, and further, will accept any ruling by the IHRA suspending my driver’s license rights in the event that I fail to strictly follow all of my responsibilities. I agree to abide by all rules, regulations and requirements contained in the IHRA rulebook, related publications and any amendments issued by the IHRA subsequent to the issuance of my license. I hereby agree and acknowledge that the Release and Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk, Indemnity and Rights Agreement which I have signed extends to all acts of negligence or other wrongdoing by the Releases, and is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted under applicable law, and that if any portion thereof is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall remain in full force and effect.

You have applied for a competition license for an E.T. quicker than 10.00 in a 1/4 mile or quicker than 6.50 in an 1/8 mile. You must make licensing passes at an IHRA sanctioned track to get this class of license. An IHRA track official must observe your passes and sign the Licensing Passes Form before it is submitted. The "LICENSING PASSES FORM" form can be downloaded HERE. No licensing passes are required for a Class E license. All Class B licenses issued based on 1/8 mile passes will be restricted to 1/8 mile only. You must submit a completed Licensing Passes Form for the class of license you have applied for. The maximum file size is 5 MB.

You have applied for a competition license for an E.T. quicker than 10.00 in a 1/4 mile or quicker than 6.50 in an 1/8 mile. As a current NHRA license holder, you are not required to make licensing passes for Class, A, B, C or D licenses provided the class of license you are requesting is not for a quicker E.T. than your current NHRA license. If you want a quicker E.T. license than your NHRA license permits, you must make licensing passes at an IHRA sanctioned track. An IHRA track official must observe your passes and sign the Licensing Passes Form before it is submitted. The "LICENSING PASSES FORM" form can be downloaded HERE. No NHRA license or licensing passes are required for a Class E license. You must submit a copy of the back of your current NHRA competition license OR a completed Licensing Passes Form for the class of license you have applied for. The maximum file size is 5 MB.
