HomesVic Registration of Interest

HomesVic is a shared equity scheme for first home buyers. The Victorian Government will assist up to 400 first home buyers who meet the eligibility criteria to purchase their own home.

The scheme will be launched in January 2018, and you can now express interest to be notified once the scheme has opened for applications.

An expression of interest does not guarantee you a place on the scheme. Those expressing an interest will still have to apply for the scheme once it opens.

Personal information collected through this form will be used by and disclosed to Victorian Government employees or contractors whose duties require them to use it.
