Hockey Tactics and Floorball Training

All players who play in the SD6, SD8, SD10 or SD12 City Leagues are invited to join our off-ice Saturday program. We will play ball hockey and floorball at the Kellet School Gymnasium (7 Lam Hing St, Kowloon Bay). This will most importantly serve as an opportunity for players to work on systems and tactics in an efficient manner. Time spent on stick handling and hockey specific dry-land training will be implemented. We will also play floorball, a sport where stick skills, hand-eye coordination and quick reaction are all essential. This will be emphasized as we work on developing both the individual skillset and the understanding of team play for our players.

Selects players are encouraged to join.
