Bethel Bazaar Applications 2021
This form will help you to apply to be a vendor at the 2021 Bethel Bazaar. You must be a local resident of the Redding area and a regular attendee of Bethel Church to apply. Application acceptance is based on a first-come, first-serve basis and the consideration of our Bazaar approval team. You will need the following information to successfully complete this form:

1. Your personal information
2. A photo you can upload of your product

Once you have successfully completed this form, you will receive a confirmation email. Please email bethelredding.events@bethel.com with any questions. This form will take roughly five minutes to complete.
 
(It's free to apply to be a vendor at the Bazaar! Those who are approved as vendors for the event will be emailed again to officially register and pay the $35 registration fee.)

I acknowledge that spaces are limited to a first come/first serve basis. I acknowledge that if I am accepted that all payments are non-refundable. I will be responsible for providing my own table and designing my own space within the confines of my approved space size. If I am an international participant, I acknowledge that I will only be able to place suggested donation tags on items due to US tax laws. *
