CHECK-IN GREETER (INSIDE + OUTSIDE)
This volunteer will cheerfully welcome and direct guests during check-in. Greeters may potentially be outside.
 
CHECK-IN
This volunteer will check-in guests, provide them with event credentials, swag, and answer questions regarding the event.

USHER TEAM

This volunteer will greet, host, verify guest credentials at the door, assist guests in finding seats, and help take the offering.

GREEN ROOM TEAM

GREEN ROOM HOST
This volunteer will help serve a buffet-style meal in the green room, as well as, assist with setting up and tearing down.

CONFERENCE LOUNGE TEAM

CONFERENCE SHOP (SET-UP)
This volunteer will unload boxes of products (up to 40 lbs) and help set up product tables.
 
CONFERENCE SHOP (HOST)
This volunteer will assist guests as they browse and purchase product, as well as, answer guests questions and help keep product tables clean and in order.
 
CONFERENCE SHOP (TEARDOWN)
This volunteer will help pack up product (up to 40 lbs) and load-out product on a truck.

CONFERENCE INFO TABLE TEAM
This volunteer will answer frequently asked questions to the guest of the conference. This volunteer will also check in guests that arrive late to the event. This booth is a place of information and also connection.

EXPERIENCE TEAM

EXPERIENCE TEAM
This team will assist with creating a welcoming experience for our conference guests. On Wednesday, the experience team would also make sure everything was in place by 12:00 pm. This will require moving furniture, arranging items, and ensuring the guest experience is at an all-time high. The experience team will also check in on other rooms to ensure everything is set up correctly.
 
On Thursday and Friday, the experience team's role is to assist the event director. They will make sure the conference experience is high level. You will be expected to have rooms set in place before guests arrive, connect with Lina on any problems that arise, and be available to run and grab items if necessary. This is a highly active position.
