AFE 2025 Registration Form

Thank you for your interest in the Advances with Field Experiments 2025 conference, which will be held in-person September 18-19, 2025.

IMPORTANT: You must submit both your payment and registration form to complete your registration.

AFE 2025 registration fee is $299.00 USD.

To process your registration fee, visit this link. Enter your "First Name" and "Last Name" as prompted on the webpage and click "Submit" to be directed to the ePayment Gateway. After entering your credit card information, be sure to retain your Transaction ID/Receipt Number, as it is required to complete your registration form.

Once payment is complete, click SIGN OUT in the top right corner to return to this form and submit your completed registration.

* Refunds can only be issued up to one month prior to the start of the AFE 2025 conference (August 1).

Refund Policy

Registration Refunds: Participants may cancel and request a refund of their $299.00 registration fee up until Friday, August 1, 2025.

Lodging Refunds: Participants are responsible for their hotel reservation and cancellation. Rooms reserved in the AFE 2025 conference block are subject to the hotel's own cancellation policy.
