CANCELLATION / REPLACMENT PROCESS AND INFORMATION POLICY
All cancellation requests must be submitted via email (cancelTABE@gmail.com) on or before September 23, 2019 and attendee will be responsible for a 35% cancellation fee.
I also understand that if I decide to cancel my registration, after payment has been received, and notify TABE after September 23, 2019, no refunds will be applied. TABE will only accept a substitute attendee. Email TABE at cancelTABE@gmail.com.
I also understand that after, October 7, 2019, all registrations will increase by $50.00.
I also understand that if I do not nofity TABE about not attending, I will be billed 50% of the registration fee.
Requests for substitutions must include the name of the original registrant and name and contact information of the new registrant.
If payment is being made with a credit/debit card, all information must be included in the registration form. If a receipt is needed please request one via email (email@example.com) and allow 5 days for receipt.
If payment is being made by purchase order and is for more than one registration please list all participants names on the purchase order.
Friday awards luncheon tickets will only be available to the first 350 PAID IN FULL THREE DAY conference registrations only.
