Once the payment is processed, quotes are generally provided within (3) business days, based on the complexity of your itinerary. We generally offer 2-3 proposals to our clients.

Should you book and later decide to cancel, this fee will be retained. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. In addition, this fee will not be applied to your booking.

One Destination (1 to 8 travelers) - $100

Multiple Destinations (1 to 8 travelers) - $200

Groups with one destination (9 or more travelers) - $250

Groups with Multiple destinations (9 or more travelers) - $300

Corporate or Team Travel - $300

Destination Weddings $750

Upon receipt of your quote, you will have 7 days to make adjustments or submit a deposit. Once 7 days have passed, your quote will expire and you will be required to pay a reinstatement fee of $25 before we will continue with the planning process.

This $25 will reactivate the planning phase for an additional 3 days. As I am sure you are aware, planning a vacation takes time. Once I have received your responses, I will take the time to search for the best match for your party. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Once Travel by Lancie has constructed your itinerary, you are free to review all available options. If you choose to book your vacation elsewhere, this fee will be retained as payment for services rendered. All vacations arranged through Travel by Lancie offer peace of mind. We go where you go! Consider me as your Personal Travel Concierge. I am available to assist prior to your departure, while you are on vacation, and upon your return. There is no online service available to match the customer service I provide. I will send each quote out separately to get your feedback before making any revisions.
