Photographic Release to UGA
I (referred to as The Owner from here on out), The Owner of the image(s) named above (referred to as The Images), grant the University of Georgia a worldwide, unlimited, non-exclusive permission to use, reproduce, publish, exhibit, distribute and transmit The Images in any media that now exists or may exist in the future. The Owner waives the right to inspect or approve The Images or any finished materials that incorporates The Images. The Owner understands and agrees that The Images will become part of the University of Georgia's archive and that it may be distributed to other organizations or individuals for their use. The Owner also understands that The Owner will receive no compensation in connection with the use of The Images.

The University of Georgia will make every effort to credit The Owner when using The Images. *
