Up to three (3) RTOERO Distinguished District Member Awards may be granted on an annual basis.

The Distinguished District Member Award will comprise:

· a donation of $500 to a charitable organization of each recipient’s choice, and

· an invitation to attend the next RTOERO Banquet for the recipient and a guest.

CRITERIA FOR SELECTION:

1. Nominees for the Award will be selected in recognition of their outstanding and/or long-term contributions to the work of RTOERO at the District level.

2. Members of the Board of Directors and Members of Standing and/or Advisory Committees are not eligible for nomination by Districts for the RTOERO Distinguished District Member Award for three years after their service has been completed.

PROCESS

1. Districts are invited to submit one nominee, by completing the online Nomination Form below. The award recipients will be selected by the Board of Directors.

2. Awards will be presented at the next RTOERO Banquet.

3. Nominations are not held over from year to year, but may be resubmitted.

4. The deadline for receipt is Friday February 9, 2024.

Trois (3) Prix de membre émérite de district de RTOERO peuvent être remis sur une base annuelle.

Le Prix de membre émérite comprend :

· un don de 500 $ à l’organisme de charité choisi par chaque récipiendaire, et

· une invitation à assister au prochain banquet de RTOERO pour le récipiendaire et un(e) invité(e).

CRITÈRES DE SÉLECTION

1. Les candidats/candidates à ce Prix seront sélectionnés pour leur contribution remarquable et/ou à long terme auprès de RTOERO au niveau du district.

2. Les membres du Conseil d’administration et les membres des comités permanents et/ou consultatifs ne sont pas admissibles au Prix de membre émérite de RTOERO avant d’avoir terminé les trois années suivant leur mandat.

PROCESSUS

1. On invite les districts à soumettre une candidature sur ce formulaire en ligne sur le formulaire ci-dessous.

2. Les prix seront présentés lors du prochain banquet de RTOERO.

3. Les nominations ne peuvent être reportées l’année suivante, mais peuvent être soumises à nouveau.

4. La date limite de réception des candidatures est le vendredi 9 février 2024.
