Please note: Athena's charges a non-refundable $1.00 processing fee to cover processing and ensure that only adults fill out this Registration Form.

If you already have an active adult profile (username/password), please do not fill out this form again. Instead, please refer to Step 2 on the Register & Enrollment webpage.

The registration process is not automatic. We review every submission.

Please know that we closely monitor form submissions, especially as we approach course start-dates. We work to ensure all forms are processed as quickly as possible.

Adult's Email Address
IMPORTANT:

Each user at Athena's must have a *unique email address* (e.g. siblings and parents may not use the same email account in Athena's).
A student may use a parent's email address as long as it is not connected to any other profile at Athena's.
If your child has a profile at Athena's and is using your email address, please choose a different email address to use.
The email address may be hidden from other participants.
Email addresses are used to communicate course details with the user directly.
Future changes to the email address should be sent to Dr. Kirsten Stein by an adult.
