Upon submission of this form, Cultural Vistas will review your company for initial eligibility to host a J-1 Exchange Visitor. Pending approval, you will be granted access to the J-1 Community and receive further instructions. Note: Once you submit the form, you will need to submit the Training Plan in the J-1 Community to complete the process.  

New host companies are assessed a one-time fee of $300 in addition to standard fees.
