Since 2010 The Festy has been evolving as an ideal fall weekend experience in the Blue Ridge Mountains including: a carefully curated lineup of Americana & Bluegrass artists, local craft beer & food with environmentally conscious practices with a family-friendly environment.
 
Show Dates: Friday, October 5th - Sunday, October 7th

Vendor Fees
 
Entree Vender Terms - $1,500 advanced fee applied towards 30% revenue share. 
Specialty Vendor Terms - $750 advanced fee applied towards 25% revenue share.  
 
Accepted Vendor Timeline
 
Paperwork/Fee Deadline - Sept. 15
Load In - Thursday, October 4
Show Day - Friday, October 5
Show Day - Saturday, October 6
Show Day - Sunday, October 7
