If you are foreign citizen, don’t delay in applying for a visa for entry into the United States, if needed. Such arrangements are the responsibility of conference attendees. Visit the U.S. Department of State’s website for more information on obtaining a visa.

An official Letter of Invitation to obtain a visa can be requested by completing this form. The letter will be issued ONLY after registration has been completed and full payment received.

Please note that the Letter of Invitation is intended to help obtain a visa and is not a guarantee of visa approval. ACTRIMS cannot intervene on behalf of the invitees with an U.S. Embassy or Consulate.
