A variety of sponsorships are also available for the Neurology Resident Summit in Multiple Sclerosis and Young Scientist Summit in Clinical Neuroimmunology.

This request form does not constitute a contract. A binding contract between ACTRIMS and the Industry Supporter will only be formed once written confirmation of acceptance and a formal invoice is sent by ACTRIMS to the Industry Supporter.

Industry Supporters are required to distribute this information as well as any supporting manuals or documentation to all third-party vendors acting on behalf of the supporter and to all staff.
