WE DONT ACCEPT DEBIT CARDS OR DIGITAL CARDS. Retentions (pre-authorizations) cannot be placed on Debit Cards. Digital cards have dynamic CVV's and the condominium does not carry out the transactions immediately but between 24 and a maximum 48 hours after registering the card. This form must be filled out exclusively by the cardholder who must be one of the guests who will stay in the condominium. All data, including telephone number, email and signature, must be that of the cardholder. In the "reservation holder" space you must enter the name of the person who made the reservation.

I authorize OCEAN FRONT CONDO (Piramide sol) to charge my card for any amount due regarding my reservation and for the resort fee equivalent to $7 US dollars or its equivalent in Mexican pesos for each night and for each person staying over 12 years of age and $4 US dollars or its equivalent in Mexican pesos for each night and for each person hosted between 2 and 12 years of age. Likewise, I authorize a retention (check-in) to be made on my credit card in the amount of $100 US dollars or its equivalent in Mexican pesos to cover possible damages, consumption or extra expenses during my stay. I agree to the above transactions whether they take place before or during my stay. I am aware that resort fees are not refundable under any circumstances except for the aforementioned retention, which I have been informed will be released within 7 days of my departure once damages, extra consumption or expenses if any, have been collected, but the release time will depend also on my credit card issuer. I have also been informed that since the retentions have a validity of 14 days, if my stay exceeds said validity, a reauthorization will be made to maintain the validity of the retention until at least 72 hours after the departure date.

I have been informed that the retention will be released 7 days of my departure once damages, extra consumption or expenses if any, have been collected, but the release time will depend also on my credit card issuer. I have also been informed that since the retentions have a validity of 14 days, if my stay exceeds said validity, a reauthorization will be made to maintain the validity of the retention until at least 72 hours after the departure date.
