USER AGREEMENT

Responsibilities:

EFLRealty and representatives on behalf of this site act as a potential matching service between English Language School Owners world-wide (hereafter referred to as Owners) and potential buyers (referred to as Buyer) though SiteForm(TM) databases online. Owners are not verified nor guaranteed by EFLRealty and it's subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, agents, representatives or licensors. There is no contractual agreement of sale or service between the three parties (eg: the owner, the buyer, and EFLRealty) but rather an agreement to hopefully connect individuals and/or groups with like-minded interests.  Contracts and buying/selling agreements should occur between the Owners and the Buyers directly.

Personal Profile:

EFLRealty or its representatives are openly available on the World Wide Web specifically aimed for Christian use by schools, churches, and pastors in developed Asian countries/regions. I , the user, am solely responsible for its content, accuracy, and working ability with EFLRealty and its administrators.  Any information posted that is found to be false, inappropriate, or not working may result in my profile being removed.  

Period of Agreement:

This agreement is valid from when EFLRealty accepts my registration and posts my profile, until such time as I wish to remove my profile. Additionally, profiles may be deleted with or without notice. Typically, profiles remain in the database for over 5 months.

Use at Own Risk:

I understand that I will use the infrastructure, materials, and services of EFLRealty at my own risk. Neither EFLRealty or any of its subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, agents, representatives or licensors shall be liable to me or anyone else for any loss or injury, or any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or similar damages arising out of my access or use of, my inability to access or use the services or the sites/affiliated sites, or arising out of any action taken in response or as a result of any information available through the services offered and the sites/affiliated sites. I, hereby, waive any and all claims against ESLRealty, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, agents, representatives, and licensors arising out of use of the service and the website and the information available thereon. EFLRealty will not become involved in any disputes that may arise out of my use of this site and affiliated sites managed by EFLRealty.

Changes to This Agreement:

This site reserves the right to revise this user agreement at its discretion, so check back from time to time to be sure you are complying with the current version
