Teen Aide Application

Students who wish to be Teen Aides must be 14 years of age by June 1, 2008. Teen Aides must be available for the entire Preteen Session (June 9 - June 27, 9 am - 3:30 pm) and must also register for the Teen Session. Teen Aides are required to attend all staff meetings and will be asked to assist the week prior to classes beginning. Along with this application form, students applying to be a teen aid must also submit:

1) A letter of intent which expresses why you would like to be a teen aide and briefly describes your previous experience working with children. In addition, please detail any theatre or performing arts training you have received such as dance lessons, voice lessons, drama classes, art classes, etc.
2) A letter of recommendation from someone who knows you well and is not a relative. Please mail letters of recommendtion to Youth Theatre at the U, 240 South 1500 East Room 206, Salt Lake City, Utah 84112.
