Help us raise awareness of the issues in England by sharing your experience.

Week Commencing  May 12-18  people all over England  will be holding events to raise awareness of the issues, many people face every day in living with or caring for someone with a mental health condition.

We would like to capture your experience.

Patient Safety NHS England  is leading a number of events during this week. To raise awareness and share good practice, that is why we want to hear from you. Collecting real life stories to show what a remarkable difference good care can mean to many people living with or experiencing a mental health needs for them and their families and cares. This week gives us the opportunity to take time to stop and reflect where we have got it right and where we need to improve.

Mental Health Awareness week gives us a crucial opportunity to come together and learn  as well as highlighting the wide-ranging successes you have experienced and the opportunity to highlight areas of improvement so we can continue to improve the experience for you and others in the future.

Please note: Your story and experience that you have shared will be anonymised and will be used by NHS England to inform and educate within a number of mental health programmes including  Patient Experience improvement, Patient Safety and the Parity of Esteem Programme Board. Providing your story means the story may be seen by people employed in the NHS or work closely with us to improve services.
