NOTES: When entering player's scores you can use keyboard numbers to input the information faster (not available for Div 1 sides using PAR 11 scoring). For example, if you hit 9 three times you get 9/2 (9/0,9/1,9/2) etc. and if you hit 5 once you get 5/9. The tab key moves you to the next entry, enter submits the form. Entries marked with an asterix are required fields and must be completed.
