Payment Policy:
All appointment requests for Indigo the Salon must be accompanied by a form of payment guarantee. Currently we accept Indigo or Indigenous Gift Cards or a credit card number to secure your appointment.

Your credit card will not be charged at the time of reservation.

Guest Cancellation Policy:
We request the courtesy of a 24-hour cancellation notice for all Indigo the Salon services. Cancellations of less than 24-hours or no-shows will be charged at 100%. Appointments guaranteed with Indigenous/BlueMan or Indigo Gift Cards that are deemed "No show" or "not cancelled within 24 hours" are subject to 100 percent charge on the Gift Card.

Online appointments may not be cancelled online. You must call Indigo the Salon and cancel.
