Pro Stock & Pro Modified are allowed up to 3 team members at no charge. Nitro teams are allowed up to 8 crew members at no charge.

By completing this entry form, you are registering your team for all ten (10) events in 2009. Permanent credentials will be issued for each team member listed below. This passes are not transferable. If you have a change to your team, you must return the original credential, before a new credential will be issued. If the credential cannot be exchanged, a replacement credential will not be issued.

Credentials must be visible at all times during the event. Any team member not displaying the correct credentials will be asked to pay for a crew band. Permanent credentials will be used for admission to the event and starting line access.

High quality jpeg's of each team member including the driver must be sent to sramlow@feldinc.com. File names must contain the last name of the driver & the last name of the team member. Jpeg's must be received no later than Feb 20th for annual registration.
Team members must sign an annual waiver upon reciept of permanent credentials.
