Insurance

Fishing is classified as HIGH RISK and guests MUST have full travel insurance to cover all activities participating in. Fat Angling Tours Spain cannot accept responsibility for damage, ilness or injury to any guest. A disclaimer must be signed on arrival by all guests.

Fishing Licences

In order to fish in Spain a valid Spanish fishing licence is needed for each angler. Please enter the details of all anglers into the section above and FAX photocopies of passports to (0044) 1273371223

Terms and conditions

Booking Terms, Conditions & Cancellations

Provisional bookings made verbally or with booking form will be held for 7 days. If a completed booking form & correct deposit of £100 per person are not received by the end of this time frame, the booking will be cancelled.

The price shown here on this site is the price you pay. All holiday prices exclude flight & travel insurance.

Health & Safety

Whilst our Guides will ensure you have an enjoyable fishing adventure, FAT ANGLING TOURS cannot be held responsible for your personal health & safety. All fishermen must have suitable travel insurance & be in possession of a valid European Health Insurance Card (EHIC), obtainable from all UK post offices and on-line http://www.dh.gov.uk/travellers

We operate a catch & release policy & do not condone the trophy angler or fish at any cost mentality. Fishing is our way of life & not source of income, beware of other guiding services that have let money poison their passion for angling.

FAT ANGLING TOURS reserve the right to terminate any person's holiday, with immediate effect, if such behavior is deemed to cause danger to fellow anglers or damage to the fish or local environment. If you need to cancel your holiday for whatever reason, please contact us as soon as you know as we may be able to re-arrange your dates, note that your £100 deposit is non-refundable.

Breakages

If any item of tackle or property owned by FAT ANGLING TOURS is damaged or broken due to neglect, misuse or lack of respect on your fishing adventure then you will be required to pay for its repair or renewal.
