I (Client) agree to make my payment in full immediately after my photoshoot. If paying by Check, my canceled check will serve as my receipt. Cash payments will warrant a hand written receipt.

RIGHT TO RELEASE _____
I (Client) authorizes EA and their affiliates the right to display, alter or render of any photos taken. This includes but not limited to electronic, print or any other form of reproduction.
ARTISTIC PURCHASE _____
I understand that the artisically edited pictures as noted (*) per package will be available for addtional purchase at designsofalady.com, and As a client of EA I am entitled to a dicounted price on photos taken by EA.
GUARDIAN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT _____
I acknowledge that I am the legal guardian of child(ren) scheduled in this photoshoot and understand that my child(ren) photos adhere to said terms and agreement. *During any photoshoot a legal guardian must be present.*
PICTURE QUALITY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT _____
Enticing Art and affiliates will photoshoot agreed function to the best of their capabilities. I understand that there are many factors to consider; such as lighting, weather etc. that may affect the final result of photos.
COPYRIGHT RELEASE BY ENTICING ART PHOTOGRAPHY
Enticing Art Photography authorizes client to print and reproduce all unedited pictures and specified print/pose as noted in selected package. _____________________________
