CHS is considering holding various educational programs on a regular basis throughout the state for the members to choose from. Is this something that you would like to see CHS implement?

Another activity/program that CHS is considering hosting various get togethers for children and their parents or caregivers around the state as a means of social face to face networking. For instance, teens and their caregivers might be invited to a day of laser tag. Is this something you feel CHS should implement?

Finally, CHS is looking for participants in our "Big Buddy, Little Buddy" program. Our hope is to pair teens with pre-teens and pre-teens with younger children to serve as mentors. Our Big Buddy, Little Buddy program is open all ages. The participants do not have to have a bleeding disorder to enjoy this program. If you think your child would like to be a part of this program, please indicate your child's name, if they have a bleeding disoder and age below.
