Gypsy Picnic Trailer Food Cook-off

Each trailer food booth may enter in up to four critics' choice cook-off categories. Entry fee is $30/category entry. You may enter only menu items you are selling at the event. The same items may be entered in multiple categories. Please note that ALL trailers are automatically entered into the public choice categories at no charge.

All vendors will join the effort to green the festival and have as little environmental impact as possible. Highlights: no styrofoam allowed; food must be served in eco-friendly products and all cutlery and napkins must also be eco-friendly. No "picnic packs" (utensils, salt, pepper in packets); no individual condiment packs; vending operations must meet recycling festival guidelines (ex: cardboard broken down and stacked for recycling); no toxic cleansers. We also encourage vendors to source their products locally.

Selected vendors will be monitored during the event to ensure eco-friendly operations.
