AUSTIN FOOD & WINE FESTIVAL

THE AUSTIN FOOD & WINE FESTIVAL INVITES GUESTS TO PAMPER THEIR PALATE IN ONE OF THE MOST FLAVORFUL CITIES IN THE COUNTRY. PRESENTED BY FOOD & WINE MAGAZINE, TOP-SHELF TALENT FROM ACROSS THE NATION AND AUSTIN'S OWN ACCLAIMED GOURMET SCENE WILL SERVE UP-CLOSE AND PERSONAL HANDS-ON EXPERIENCES IN THE "LIVE MUSIC CAPITAL OF THE WORLD". 

THE GRAND TASTING PAVILION IS WHERE FOOD AND WINE LOVERS WILL TASTE THE TRUE FLAVORS OF AUSTIN AND BEYOND, FEATURING DOZENS OF WINES, SPIRITS, RESTAURANT OFFERINGS AND ARTISANAL FOODS FROM THE GREATER AUSTIN AREA.
 
FOOD EXHIBITORS WILL COMMIT TO PROVIDING SAMPLES DURING ALL OPEN HOURS OF THE GRAND TASTING PAVILION (AN ESTIMATED 3500 - 4000 TOTAL) AND MAY ALSO SELL TAKE-HOME ITEMS IN THIS MARKET-LIKE ATMOSPHERE.

SATURDAY, APRIL 26 
11:00 AM - 4 PM

SUNDAY, APRIL 27
11:00 AM - 3 PM

BOOTH SPECS AND PRICING

SINGLE BOOTH (ABOUT 10' WIDE X 10' DEEP): $550 


BOOTH FEE INCLUDES THE TEMPORARY FOOD VENDING PERMIT, BASIC SIGNAGE, DRESSED FRONT AND BACK TABLES, HEALTH DEPARTMENT-APPROVED FLOORING, AND BASIC POWER SUPPLY (A SHARED 20 AMP CIRCUIT BOX). ALL BOOTHS WILL BE PLACED UNDER A CAREFULLY DESIGNED TENTED AREA OUTDOORS. EXHIBITORS WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE INSURANCE COVERAGE. ADDITIONAL POWER WILL INCUR A FEE. 

MORE DETAILS WILL BE PROVIDED TO ACCEPTED EXHIBITORS. 

WE INVITE RESTAURANTS, BAKERS, ARTISANS, FARMERS AND OTHER SMALL FOOD BUSINESSES TO COMPLETE THIS FORM TO APPLY FOR AN EXHIBITOR BOOTH IN THE THIRD ANNUAL AUSTIN FOOD & WINE FESTIVAL. NOTE: EACH BOOTH IN THE GRAND TASTING CAN BELONG TO A SINGLE BUSINESS, AND THE BOOTH SIGNAGE WILL ONLY REPRESENT A SINGLE BUSINESS OR BOOTH NAME. IF THE PRIMARY BUSINESS FEATURES OTHER COMPANIES' PRODUCTS IN THE BOOTH, ALL ITEMS MUST BE LISTED IN THIS APPLICATION.

EXHIBITORS WILL BE NOTIFIED OF ACCEPTANCE ON OR BY FEBRUARY 17. 
ALL FEES, REQUIREMENTS AND PAPERWORK ARE DUE ON MARCH 10.
