Reserve Request Form

South Mountain Community Library invites all instructors to place course materials in the Reserve collection located on the 2nd floor. This is an opportunity to help students with the high cost of purchasing text books.

Simply fill out and submit this form, bring over your course materials and you are done.

NOTE: A processing time of 72 hours is required prior to materials being available for circulation.
