Fill in the information below to request a reservation for a team of SafeRide America drivers to drive you and your car from On The Rocks in Sandy Springs GA. Please give us as much detail as possible. There are two types of reservations to choose from;

1. FLEX Reservations

2. FIRM Reservations

FLEX RESERVATIONS

This type of reservation is ideal for one or more of the following situations;

1. You are unsure of the exact time that you want to be picked up

2. You are unsure of exactly where you want to be picked up from

3. You are unsure if you will need SafeRide Service at all but want to plan ahead and be safe

With this type of reservation you have the following unique request options;

1. You can book up to a two (2) hour window of time for pick-up

2. You can request pick up in a part of town then call us later with the exact location

3. Never a cancellation fee, even if you do not call

4. A credit card, in advance, is not required to make a FLEX Reservation

5. You must call & confirm an exact time at least 1 hour or more before you want to be picked up

If we have not heard from you by the latest time listed in your FLEX Reservation we will;

1. Try to call you on your cell phone

2. If you do not answer we will leave you a voice message

3. We will also attempt to send you a text message, unless you request for us not to send text

4. If we do not hear from you within 15 minutes, we will cross you off the list without penalty.

FIRM RESERVATIONS

This type of reservation is ideal for when you know the exact time and place you want to be picked up from. The drivers will be at the specified location at the specified time without a confirmation call. A credit card is required in advance. Cancellations made at least two (2) hours before the pick up time will not incur any cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than two (2) hours before the pick up time will incur a cancellation fee of $25.00

Please give us as much detail as possible about the drop off location. As a minimum, enter the city. You can come back and complete this later by creating a log in name and password for this form. Directions on how to edit this form later are at the top of this page.

The basic rate for SafeRide Service is
$20 pick-up fee plus $2 per mile, plus tip to the drivers

If picked up or dropped off at On The Rocks Tavern pay only a
$15 pick-up fee plus $2 per mile, plus tip to the drivers

If you are a Project 21 Member
$10 pick-up fee plus $2 per mile, plus tip to the drivers
