• SHIPPING: We only charge real time shipping rates. Therefore, once your card box is completed and ready for shipment, you will receive a separate PayPal invoice for the shipping charges. International customers are responsible for applicable duties and taxes.

• SPECIAL ACCENTS: Please note that if you request a Specialty item(s) or detailing that is beyond what is covered in the standard purchase of a card box, a Specialty Accent Fee may apply. You will be contacted to discuss all details if this applies to your order*

• SWATCHES: If you would like to send us any pictures to help us capture the feel of your event and/or if you have indicated that you can provide swatches, please visit our Contact Us page for our email and mailing address. Submission of swatches are the customer's responsibility.
