Presentation Needs

EEAI will supply the following, if requested here. Due to our contract with the I Hotel & Conference Center, no outside AV equipment is permitted. (Personal laptops may be used in connection with conference center equipment for presentations if desired.)

If I must withdraw my presentation request, I agree to notify EEAI no later than September 1, 2009, in order for the program committee to secure an alternate presenter.
