A WAIVER OF LIABILITY IS REQUIRED FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS IN PRACTITIONER TRAINING,
CARETAKER/MAINTENANCE, AND OTHER CATT PROGRAMS.

I realize that all animals are potentially dangerous and therefore will exercise due care in handling them. I have full knowledge of the risk involved and wish to participate; if I am unsure of the potential hazards of any animal, I will discuss this with the instructor(s) prior to handling or working with the animal.

I hereby release and discharge the host, training facility/class site, Companion Animal Touch & Therapies, and the instructor(s) of any and all damages, demands, or actions whatsoever which may arise or grow out of my participation in the training program and/or use of the training facilities, and recognize that they are not responsible for any injuries to myself or my animals, lost or stolen items, or damage to vehicles.
